Imagine an alpine slope covered in dried honeysuckle flowers on a warm Spring day + you’ve got a cold beer in your hand. A base of continental pilsner malt with a soft touch of kilned German malt. Fermented cold with bottom cropping yeast. Hopped with Mittlefruh and Saaz in the kettle - with a light dry hopping of Tettnanger.
